Righteousness from Me
Righteousness is not something we achieve, it is something God gives. What He establishes cannot be overturned, and what He declares cannot be undone.
In Him, accusation loses its power, inheritance is secured, and we are invited to live from a place of unshakable security.
Covenant of Peace
God’s covenant is not fragile, it is unshakable. Even when circumstances shift and foundations feel uncertain, His promise remains.
This covenant of peace is not based on our faithfulness, but on His. It is a declaration of His steadfast love, securing relationship, restoring hope, and anchoring us in His unchanging grace.
Servant Song – Triumph
What looked like defeat was never the end. The Servant’s suffering was not wasted, it was the means of redemption.
Through His anguish, many are made righteous. Through His obedience, victory is secured. The One who was crushed is now vindicated, and His sacrifice continues to bring life.
He Opened Not His Mouth
He was oppressed and afflicted, yet He opened not His mouth. In silence, He bore injustice. In innocence, He carried guilt that was not His own. This is not passive suffering, it is chosen obedience.
The Servant does not resist, not because He is weak, but because He is surrendered. In His silence, grace is at work.
We Esteemed Him Not
The Servant did not come as we expected, and because of that, He was dismissed, overlooked, and rejected. Not because He was hidden, but because we were looking for something else, and we can still do the same today.
He bears our sin to bring us peace
We carry things we were never meant to carry, sin, guilt, shame, the weight of trying to make ourselves right.
But Isaiah reveals something extraordinary, He has taken it on Himself.
What was ours, He bore. And through His suffering, we are not only forgiven, we are restored to peace with God.
The One We Didn’t Expect
We often look for God to move in ways that make sense to us, in strength we can recognise and outcomes we would choose.
But what if the very thing He is doing is not what we expected at all? What if His power is revealed not in force, but in surrender, not in dominance, but in sacrifice?
The One who came was not what people anticipated, and many missed Him because of it. The question is, are we any different today?
His Arm Revealed
God does not wait for us to find our way back, He comes for us. His power is revealed, His salvation made visible, and His call is clear, to rise, step out, and trust the One who goes before you and stands behind you.
The Cup Removed
This cup is from the hand of the Lord, His just response to sin. And yet, in His covenant love, He takes it from our hands. Not because it disappears, but because He carries it. This is grace, not the absence of justice, but justice fulfilled.
Held in His Hand
“You have forgotten the Lord your Maker…” Not rejected. Not abandoned. Forgotten.
This is where we often find ourselves, not walking away from God, but slowly drifting as life fills our attention and fear takes hold.
And yet, in the middle of that, God speaks, “I have covered you, You are My people.”
You are not exposed. You are not forgotten. You are held.
Even when we are slow to return, His grace remains, steady, patient, and waiting for us to turn back to Him.
Remember who you belong to.
When You Cry Out
In Isaiah 51, the voice shifts and the people finally respond. They remember what God has done and cry out, “Do it again.”
This is honest faith. Not silence or disengagement, but a turning toward Him in the midst of uncertainty. And God’s response is immediate and personal: “I, yes I, am the one who comforts you.”
We often fear what is temporary and forget the One who is eternal. But even when we feel like He is distant, He has not moved. He is near. He is present.
And He is still the One we can trust.
God’s Devine Order Restored
God is not working randomly. In Isaiah 51, He calls us to look in three directions, back, outward, and inward, to rebuild our trust in Him.
Back, to remember His faithfulness.
Outward, to see that His purpose is bigger than us.
Inward, to stand firm in righteousness when everything around us feels uncertain.
His justice is not small. It is His divine order, restoring what was broken and bringing everything back to what it was always meant to be.
And even now, that restoration is already in motion.
Trust in the Midst of Darkness
“If you are walking in darkness… trust in the Lord.”
That sounds simple enough . Until you are actually in the dark. When there is no clarity, no visible path, and no clear outcome, we instinctively try to take control. We make a plan. We rely on what we know. We light our own fire.
But that is not trust. God is not asking you to figure it out. He is asking you to rely on Him.
The Obedient Servant
“Morning by morning He wakens me…”
The Servant listens. He obeys. He does not turn away, even when obedience leads to suffering. “Therefore, I have set my face like a stone.”
This is not emotion. This is a decision.
In the dark, we all choose. Will we trust Him, or create our own light?
Engraved, Not Forgotten
“The Lord has forsaken me, the Lord has forgotten me.”
Have you ever felt that?
We often measure God’s love through our human experience, through imperfect fathers, conditional relationships, and fragile definitions of love.
But God responds with something deeper. Not emotion. Not reassurance alone. Covenant. “I have engraved you on the palms of my hands.”
You are not forgotten. You are held.
Oh That You Had Listened
God’s voice carries a deep longing, not just for obedience, but for relationship. What He offers is not restriction, but peace, life, and alignment with Him. When we choose to listen and follow, we step out of disorder and into the steady flow of His peace.
He Is Risen
The sun rises, the light breaks through, and the cross stands at the centre of it all. Death is defeated, the grave is empty, and hope is alive.
He is risen, and because He lives, we are invited to follow Him into new life.
It Is Finished
“It is finished.”
Not words of defeat, but of completion.
Everything the Father had given Jesus to do has been fulfilled. In the quiet of this moment, we are invited to rest in the finished work of the cross.
The Way Made Open
He was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. The cross was not only where the price was paid, it was where the way was opened.
Through Him, the barrier is removed, and we are invited back into relationship with the Father.
