Who Are You Going to Trust?
Foundational as we step into the New Year
Come walk this path with us
My Eyes Have Seen Your Salvation
What Simeon waited a lifetime to see, God placed gently in his arms.
And with that sight came peace, not because everything was finished, but because God had been faithful.
Seeking the King
They followed the sign, but worship was the destination.
The Magi remind us that true seeking always leads to kneeling before the King
From Wonderful to Witnesses
The shepherds did not keep the good news to themselves. After seeing the child in the manger, they told everyone what they had seen and heard, and returned to their ordinary lives glorifying and praising God.
This is the rhythm of faith, God reveals, we respond, we testify, and we worship. And in that response, we are invited to participate in glorifying Him.
Emmanuel, God With Us
The first witnesses were not kings or priests, but shepherds drawn by wonder.
In the stillness of the stable, God met humanity eye to eye, wrapped in cloth, resting in a manger, inviting hearts to believe.
The First to be Told
What began as a night like any other suddenly becomes a night that will transform humanity forever.
God’s long-unfolding plan of salvation, His work of restoring broken relationship with humanity, is set in motion as heaven breaks the silence.
Angels appear, proclaiming good news, announcing that the Savior has come.
In this quiet moment on a hillside outside Bethlehem, eternity steps into time, and everything begins to change.
Just Another Night… Until It Wasn’t
Centuries Before His Birth, Scripture Named Bethlehem as the Place God Would Send His Son
Let us think of ways to motivate one another
Old friendships in the faith often feel like a glove that slips right back on because they were formed through shared prayer, shared obedience, shared hardship, and shared history with God. The comfort comes from trust that has been shaped over time.
My spirit rejoices in God my Saviour
Mary trusted God with incomplete understanding.
She carried the Savior of the world before she could fully grasp what salvation would cost or accomplish.
She said yes to God’s purposes before she could see their full shape.
Blessed Because You Believed
Again and again, Scripture asks the same question:
Who will you trust?
Mary answered with her life.
“You are blessed because you believed…” — Luke 1:45
Faith grows where Christ is spoken
Faith grows where Christ is spoken, remembered, and received.
