Exceeding Expectations
Inspired by Psalm 25, Psalm 138, and Ephesians 3:20
“God is not limited by your circumstances,
He’s only limited by your unbelief. He has so much that will exceed all your expectation.”
This powerful truth invites us to lift our eyes above the discouragement of current circumstances and believe again in the limitless ability of our God. The challenges you face, financial pressure, slow progress, uncertainty, are not unknown to God. He sees the path before you, and He is not limited by what limits you. But your *belief*, your trust in His promises, opens the door to experience what He already desires to pour out.
Scripture reminds us
"He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way. All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful toward those who keep the demands of his covenant." (Psalm 25:9–10)
And again: "The LORD will work out his plans for my life—for your faithful love, O LORD, endures forever." (Psalm 138:8)
You may be in a season of planting, not yet reaping. But do not mistake the delay for denial. In fact, this may be the season where your faith is stretched, your roots grow deep, and your spiritual eyes are trained to see what the natural cannot.
Let these words sink deep: *God has so much that will exceed all your expectation.* This is the heart of Ephesians 3:20: "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us..."
God’s invitation is not just to survive, but to believe. To expect. To receive. And to be transformed in the process.
Prayer
Father, I confess the times I’ve limited You by my unbelief. Lift my eyes to see the bigger picture. Remind me of Your faithful love and teach me to trust in Your timing. Let me walk in expectation, not fear. Do more than I can ask or imagine, for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
